Study Visit in Finland and Sweden: Phenomenon‑Based Learning and Educator Capacity Building

Phenomenon‑based learning remained a highlight for participants. In April–May 2025, academic staff from over ten universities across two countries joined our training programme to strengthen academic and teacher‑trainer competencies. The three‑part series covered pedagogical skills, research methods and publication channels, and practical grant‑writing with an overview of key funding bodies—offering a compact yet comprehensive boost to educators’ professional capacity.
