In April 2025, University teachers and academic leaders completed an advanced blended training programme focused on teaching, academic writing, and publishing. Alongside online modules, participants spent several days in Finland and a full week in Sweden, observing teacher training practices, visiting schools, and taking part in specialised workshops.
They also met editors from Scopus‑indexed journals, gaining practical guidance on international publishing standards. This initiative strengthens the research capacity of Central Asian academics and supports the development of joint publications, collaborative projects, and a more globally connected academic community.
