FinLab: A Local Laboratory for Educational Innovation

In fall 2026, we launched our Tashkent‑based FinLab under the University as an experimental hub for studying Finnish and other relevant educational models and adapting them to the local context. FinLab operates across three focus areas—early childhood education, basic education, and teacher training.

The laboratory serves as a practical platform where promising educational concepts can be tested in daycares and schools, while also supporting teacher training and professional development for higher education institutions. It is designed to blend global insights with local needs, helping shape evidence‑based, context‑sensitive educational innovation.
