With a PhD in Intercultural Communication from one of Finland’s and World’s top-ranked universities, Dr. Khalimzoda brings a rare comparative perspective to educational development and capacity-building initiatives.
Driven by pragmatic realism and a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, he specializes in translating complex research into accessible knowledge, building bridges between academic insights and real-world impact. His expertise lies in facilitating transformative learning experiences, especially for international educators navigating diverse working cultures and educational systems.
In addition to leading Prime Education Finland, Dr. Khalimzoda is a postdoctoral researcher on a KONE Foundation–funded project and serves as a coordinator of the Finland module at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Jyväskylä.
