Certified Capacity Building Training: Educational Management

This Educational Leadership training program held in February 2025, in cooperation with our partners in Uzbekistan, offered participants a comprehensive, blended learning experience that combined online professional development with practical, on-site engagement.

The program featured expert-led lectures, workshops, and needs-based consulting sessions delivered primarily online, focusing on topics such as Finnish education and teacher training, strategic decision-making, innovative pedagogy, and digital technologies in higher education.

As an integral yet complementary part of the broader training, participants also visited Finland to deepen their understanding through discussions with faculty leaders and observation visits to educational institutions. The on-site component included immersive cultural experiences, such as a guided nature hike and a visit to Lapland’s Arctic Circle-providing valuable context to Finland’s educational ethos. The training concluded with additional sessions and reflections held in Sweden, ensuring a holistic and practice-oriented learning journey.
